Eligibility / Requirements

• Eligibility: Citizens of Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Male (Unmarried).

• Trades: Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clerk, Nursing Assistant, Technical Soldier, Military Police, Driver, Soldier Cook, Sanitary Worker.

• (Note: All recruitments are Pensionable)

Age Limits

• For all candidates: 17½ to 23 years as of May 22, 2026.

• Sanitary Worker: 17½ to 35 years as of May 22, 2026.

Upper Age Limit Relaxations for Soldier Trades:

• Up to one year relaxation for graduates or higher educated candidates.

• Up to two years relaxation for relatives of martyrs, those injured during war, and candidates holding a valid driving license. (Candidates with driving licenses will be given preference for recruitment).

• Up to three years relaxation for candidates holding domicile of Balochistan and only merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Educational Qualifications

• Soldier General Duty / Soldier Driver / Soldier Military Police: Minimum Matric or higher. Minimum Middle for candidates from approved districts of Balochistan and children of martyrs.

• Soldier Nursing Assistant: Minimum FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent.

• Soldier Technical: Minimum Matric Science (B Grade). Individuals with higher education will be preferred.

• Soldier Clerk: Minimum Intermediate (C Grade). Minimum Intermediate (D Grade) only for candidates belonging to merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Individuals who know computer/typing and possess higher education will be preferred.

• Soldier Cook: Minimum Middle. Candidates with cooking experience will be preferred.

• Sanitary Worker: Uneducated (Maximum education allowed is Primary).

Height Requirements

• Soldier General Duty / Soldier Driver / Soldier Technical / Soldier Nursing Assistant: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm).

• Soldier Military Police: Minimum 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm).

• Soldier Clerk / Cook / Sanitary Worker: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm).

• Note: Relaxation in height is available for Soldier trades for candidates holding domiciles of Balochistan, merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Minorities Quota

• A specific quota is reserved for minorities.

Required Documents

• Original educational certificates along with two sets of attested photocopies.

• Four passport-size photographs.

• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Form ‘B’ (along with Father’s CNIC).

• Domicile and State Subject Certificate (for candidates from Azad Kashmir). Candidates claiming any special categories must bring relevant authorized court/official documents.
