How to Apply For NUMS Admission Entry Test?

The registration form for NUMS MDCAT 2026 must be filled out online.

Steps for NUMS MDCAT 2026 Registration

Step 1: Sign Up

• Click on “Signup” for first-time registration.
• Enter your full name exactly as written on your SSC/O-Level/10th Class certificate.
• Enter your active and working email address.
• Select your country code and enter a valid mobile number of the applicant or parents.
• Enter the captcha code.
• Click on “Register/Signup”.
• After registration, your password will appear on the screen. Save your password carefully.

The online registration process is divided into 5 steps.

Step 1: Select Test Center Country

• Click on “Select Test Country”.
• Choose the country where you want to appear for NUMS MDCAT 2026.
• After selecting the country, click on “Select Country”.

Step 2: Pay the Fee (Kuickpay/Challan)

Payment Through Debit/Credit Card

• Click on “Pay Now”.
• Enter your valid card number, expiry date, and CVV.
• Click on “Pay Now” to complete the payment.

Note: Additional platform charges may apply when paying through a credit or debit card.

Payment Through Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/OTC

• Click on “How to Pay” to check the online payment method.
• You can also click on the provided link to view the list of payment options.

Note: A unique Consumer/Kuickpay ID is used for payments through internet banking and bank counters.

Payment Through Invoice (Challan)

• Click on “Download Invoice”.
• Print the challan form.
• Visit the nearest Askari Bank branch to deposit the fee.

Note: The processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 3: Upload Profile and CNIC Images

• Click on “Upload Images”.
• Upload your latest passport-size photo with a blue background.
• Selfies and unprofessional photos are not allowed.
• Upload a clear front-side image of your:
  • CNIC
  • B-Form
  • Juvenile Card
  • NICOP
  • Passport
• Save the uploaded images.

Note: A file conversion link is available on the registration portal.

After uploading the images successfully, click on “Back to Home”.

Step 4: Personal Information and Test Centre

• Click on “Update Personal Information”.
• Fill in all the required information.
• Select your preferred exam city/test center.

Note: Candidates must select two different cities/stations in order of preference for the NUMS MDCAT 2026 test. Depending on seat availability, the university may shift candidates to another center.

• Click on “Save” to complete this step.
• Click on “Back to Home” to continue.

Step 5: Application Submission

• Tick the checkbox.
• Click on “Submit Application”.
