How to Apply  for CM Punjab Rehmat Card Step-by-Step Online Application Process:

1. Visit the Registration Portal: Go to the official registration page: https://rahmatcard.punjab.gov.pk/register

2. Create an Account / Login:

  • Enter the applicant’s CNIC number.

  • Set a secure password and enter the Captcha code to log in or register.

3. Fill Out Personal Information (Step 1):

  • Enter the Full Name exactly as it appears on the ID card.

  • Enter the CNIC number, Issue Date, and Expiry Date.

  • Provide Date of Birth.

  • Enter an active Mobile Number (⚠️ Crucial requirement: The mobile SIM must be registered under the applicant’s own CNIC).

4. Address and Demographics (Step 2):

  • Select the correct District and Tehsil from the dropdowns.

  • Enter the complete home address.

  • Select Religion and Gender.

  • If applying for an orphan, select the guardian’s relation to the child (e.g., Uncle, Aunt, Grandmother, Grandfather).

5. Add Child / Orphan Information (Step 3 – if applicable):

  • Enter the Child’s Name and Father’s Name.

  • Select Gender and enter Date of Birth.

  • Provide the B-Form Number and the B-Form Issue Date.

6. Accept the Declaration & Submit:

  • Review the Widow Declaration or Orphan Declaration at the end. This is a digital oath confirming that the applicant belongs to a low-income family, is deserving of Zakat, is not a government employee or pensioner, and is not receiving regular funds from other government agencies.

  • Check the acceptance box and click “Submit Application / جمع کریں”.

7. Save the Tracking ID:

  • Once submitted successfully, the screen will display a Tracking ID (for example: RHM-2026-xxxxxx). Save this ID securely, as it will be used to check the application status later on the same website.
